Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Mystical Aroma.

To request a return, please contact us at opalrise7@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances, perfumes, and personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been reviewed. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Certain final-sale or non-returnable items, if clearly identified on the product page, may not qualify for returns.
